ENGINE
Engine is a high-intensity workout designed to boost stamina and cardiovascular fitness. During a 35–50 minute session, you'll tackle a mix of functional movements, interval training, and sustained efforts that challenge both your body and mind. Perfect for all fitness levels, the workout is scalable to ensure everyone gets the most out of their session. Engine will help you build endurance and resilience.
HYBRID
Hybrid combines strength/skill training and high-intensity cardiovascular conditioning for a comprehensive, full-body workout. Designed to build strength, improve endurance, and enhance overall fitness, this class is perfect for those looking to push their limits and achieve new personal bests.


BOOTCAMP
Bootcamp helps build strength, boost cardio, and master proper technique. Designed to help you move confidently and effectively, Bootcamp combines strength training and cardio exercises in a fun, encouraging environment.
WEIGHTLIFTING
Weightlifting focuses on technique and building strength. Whether you're looking to compete in Olympic Weightlifting or simply want to move the bar more efficiently in the snatch and clean & jerk, this class is for everyone.


STRENGTH
Our Strength Class combines powerlifting, functional bodybuilding, gymnastics, and weightlifting to develop well-rounded strength. Work in 6-week blocks to track progress and achieve new levels of strength and power.
RONIN JIU JITSU
Ronin Jiu Jitsu is a no-gi grappling class focused on skill development, combining technique, agility, and control. Perfect for all skill and fitness levels, this class helps you sharpen your grappling game while building confidence and resilience.


KICKBOXING
Our Kickboxing class is designed to improve strength, agility, and coordination. Learn proper techniques in striking, footwork, and combinations in a supportive environment. Participants must bring their own shin guards and mouth guard for safety during training. All fitness levels are welcome.
BOXING
Join our high-energy boxing class designed to improve your fitness, strength, and technique. This session combines skill-building drills, pad work, and bag training, suitable for all levels.


MISSFIT BOXING
Female Boxfit classes for all levels of fitness. focusing on basic technique, footwork and cardio fitness. Suitable for ages 12 and over.
